Séamus is a Building Servies Engineer with almost 20 years’ experience in the construction and design industry. Having started out as a plumber/ mechanical pipe fitter he quickly progressed into management roles, first as a foreman and on to construction and project management across Ireland, the UK, and Australia. Séamus balanced this while studying for his building services degree part-time. Moving from his early years on the construction side of the industry across to design consultancy, he primarily focused on HVAC and utilities design and qualification for the life sciences sector. Developing into a design team lead and project manager across multi-discipline projects, Séamus prides himself on working closely with clients to develop design solutions that meet their specific requirements and ensuring those requirements are delivered to the highest standards from early concept stages right through the construction process until final handover.
