Mary is a Chemical Engineer from UCD with over 25 years’ experience in the life sciences sector both in Ireland and internationally. With experience in both consultancy and client-side roles, Mary has a deep understanding of client business needs, the regulatory environment and cGMP guidelines with respect to facility design, construction and start up. Her technical ability encompasses fill finish, oral solid dose, and biologics process equipment, critical utilities, cleanroom, facility layout, commissioning and validation in a cGMP environment. Mary is a qualified strength and conditioning coach and uses her coaching skills and philosophy to build high performing teams that deliver the best possible outcomes for our staff, our clients and their patients. Mary loves getting involved in the community and helping others. She is passionate about coaching and employee retention and wellbeing, which gives her a unique perspective on how FPK can make all our employees feel valued and represented.
